You certify that the information on this loan application is complete, true, and submitted for the purpose of obtaining the accounts and services requested. 

You agree that:

  • If you listed a co-applicant, you certify that the co-applicant has authorized the submission of this application and that you both intend to apply for joint credit. 
  • You accept and agree to the terms in the E-Signature and Electronic Disclosures Agreement
  • You authorize Texans Credit Union to obtain your credit report for use in evaluating your creditworthiness and loan request. You acknowledge that this will result in a hard pull of your credit. You acknowledge that Texans obtaining your credit report will impact your credit. 
  • You consent to Texans using your contact information to contact you regarding this application via calling, texting, email or otherwise.

1 Point Earnings are based on net purchases. “Net new purchases” are purchases of goods and services made by you or any authorized user on your account minus any returns or refunds (“other credits”), and do not include balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like charges such as travelers checks, foreign currency, money orders, any checks that access your account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind. Net purchases will be reduced for any returns or credits made on your Account. Additional promotional opportunities to earn greater rewards may be offered with the rewards program. The amount and availability of the promotional offer will vary as defined by the terms of the promotion. Cardholders must accumulate a minimum of 2500 points in order to be eligible to redeem cash rewards.
